Design-Build
We enjoy being involved with a project from the start and are willing to help find the right architect and engineer for your job. As the project develops, we can provide guidance on when and how to communicate with the city about your project to avoid potential issues down the road. We have found that being involved in projects from the start can often reduce design issues before the project starts and help reduce costs.
Fixed-Cost
We often build projects (big or small) using a fixed-cost contract. In volatile times or scenarios where suppliers aren’t able to lock in prices, fixed-cost contracts may not be possible. In those cases, we will work with clients to understand what options are available and facilitate material storage if pre-buying material is needed..

Cost-Plus
Cost-plus-a-fee contracts are the most common contract we use at Erickson Balmer Construction. When doing a cost-plus project, we are completely open book with our clients regarding the cost of a project. Any savings from a project get passed directly onto the client. As with all of our other projects, we work hard to have the most comprehensive project budget possible to guard against any unforeseen costs that may come up during construction.
