Design-Build
We enjoy being involved with a project from the start and are willing to help find the right architect and engineer for your job. As the project develops we provide guidance on when and how to communicate to the city about your project to avoid issues down the road. We have found that being involved in projects from the start can often reduce design issues before the project starts and reduce costs.
Fixed-Cost
We often build projects (big or small) using a fixed-cost contracts. In volatile times or in scenarios where suppliers aren’t able to lock-in prices fixed-cost contracts may not be possible but we work with clients to understand what options are available and facilitate material storage if pre-buying material is needed..

Want to build an investment property but don’t know what to build? Erickson Balmer Construction can work with you hand-in-hand to find the right product to fit your land or to find some land to build your project.
Cost-Plus
Cost plus a fee contracts are the most common contract we do at Erickson Balmer Construction. When doing a cost-plus project we are completely open book with our client regarding the cost of a project and any savings from a project get passed onto the client. As with all of our other projects we work hard to have the most comprehensive project budget possible to guard against any unforeseen costs that may come up during construction.
